• The narrative that said that the Fed has already waited too long to cut rates has disappeared over the past few weeks.  That’s good, but we still need to be cognizant that we’re heading to a seasonally volatile period for the markets. 
  • Despite the underperformance in recent months, the energy sector’s trend of “higher-lows/higher-highs” remains intact…and there are reasons to think that this group can surprise everybody and outperform over the rest of this year.
